I’ve been running competitively since 2010, representing Rathfarnham WSAF in Dublin. I’ve done 3 marathons, 5 half marathons as well as loads of 10km, 5km, 5 mile, 10 mile and even a 1 mile race. Off road I’ve raced in the mountains and trails of the IMRA league.

I’ve worked a lot on my running technique – following the techniques of Lydiard, Lee Saxby and the guys at ChampionsEverywhere related to barefoot running.

See a list of all my blog posts related to running here: race reports, previews and general articles.
